  • 7. I don’t receive the registration email after purchase, why?

    In general, the order confirmation email will be sent to your email address in 2 hours. This email contains the information of your order details, registration code and download address. Remember to check your inbox and SPAM folder after placing your order.

    If you don’t receive the registration email in 12 hours, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email. We’ll reply to you within 24 hours.

  • 8. What is Download Protection?

    If you purchase the “Download Protection” service (Extended Download Service), you can download the electronic product version up to 24 month(s) after receipt of your payment by going to “My Account” in the Customer Care Center. Please notice that this service is not an extension of your original product and does not give you access to any additional licenses for the original product. However, this does not entitle you to download updates.

  • 9. What is the upgrade policy?

    The upgrade of our software is free for purchased customers. If the program asks for the license code for upgrade, you can contact our support team for further help.
