Common Errors

Step 1 Connect Your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to the Computer via a USB Cable.

  • Unlock Apple ID mode is not available on device running iOS 12 or later with turning on Find My iPhone option.
  • Unlock Apple ID mode will always remain your original device data if the Find My iPhone option is turned off.
  • If Find My iPhone option is turned on:

Device ( running iOS 10.2 to iOS 11.4 ) data will never be lost.

Device (running below iOS 10.2) data will be lost completely.

Devices ( running iOS 12 or later) are not supported to unlock Apple ID currently.


Tips
  • Unlock Apple ID mode is not available on device running iOS 12 or later with turning on Find My iPhone option.
  • Unlock Apple ID mode will always remain your original device data if the Find My iPhone option is turned off.
  • If Find My iPhone option is turned on:

Device ( running iOS 10.2 to iOS 11.4 ) data will never be lost.

Device (running below iOS 10.2) data will be lost completely.
